Meet JEROME

PERSONAL TRAINER

Jerome has been an avid athlete and advocate for fitness and health for the better part of his life. From a young age, sports and physical activity has always been part of his daily routine. His background as a collegiate and national level athlete in rowing, prompted him to gain a deeper understanding of the importance of proper training and rehab to minimize injuries.

Being all too familiar with physical set backs and injuries himself, Jerome has dedicated himself to helping others by becoming a Physiotherapist. He has a complex understanding of injury prevention, and aspires to help his clients stay injury free while guiding them towards reaching their fitness goals. 

Jerome has completed various personal training courses and is able to provide an integrated approach to his coaching. He understands that nutrition and recovery play an integral part in performance, and implements this into his coaching.
