Her dedication to wellness goes beyond traditional training, focusing on mobility, functional movement, and cultivating sustainable habits that promote lasting health and fulfillment.
Growing up as a competitive soccer player, Jess developed a deep understanding of athletic performance and the importance of maintaining physical strength. During her time at university, she discovered her love for the gym, where she honed her skills in diverse training techniques, form correction, and coaching to help others achieve their goals. For over four years, Jess has specialized in coaching athletes and individuals aiming to enhance their performance in specific sports, including golf, running, and soccer. Her expertise extends to improving overall health, mobility, and well-being, all while guiding her clients to find consistency, confidence, and longevity in their fitness journey.
Jessβs commitment to continuous growth led her to pursue certification in wellness coaching, reinforcing her belief that true health extends beyond the gym. Whether helping clients improve their golf swing, increase running endurance, or adopt a healthier lifestyle, Jess empowers those she works with to achieve long-term results through personalized, holistic coaching. A lover of golf and running, Jess completed her first half marathon in 2021, with many more on the horizon. She also enjoys the energy of group classes and thrives on community support, always seeking new challenges to inspire both herself and others.
Jess currently offers 1:1 Personal Training and teaches Strength + Conditioning.
